2. Delivery Timeframes

2.1 Standard Delivery

• Estimated Time: 30-45 minutes from order confirmation
• Operating Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
• Order Processing: Orders are processed immediately after confirmation

2.2 Scheduled Delivery

• Choose your preferred delivery time slot
• Available slots throughout the day
• Minimum 2 hours advance booking required
• Perfect for planning meals in advance

2.3 Peak Hours

During peak hours (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM), delivery may take slightly longer due to high demand. We recommend ordering in advance during these times.

5. Delivery Process

Step 1: Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation with estimated delivery time via SMS and email.

Step 2: Preparation

Seller prepares your order with fresh products and quality checks.

Step 3: Dispatch

Delivery partner picks up your order in a temperature-controlled bag.

Step 4: Live Tracking

Track your delivery in real-time through our app.

Step 5: Delivery

Delivery partner delivers to your doorstep. You'll receive an OTP for verification.

6. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

• Provide accurate address with landmarks
• Keep your phone reachable during delivery
• Be available at the delivery address or assign someone
• Verify the order before accepting
• Store products immediately in refrigerator upon receipt

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

• Customer unavailable: We'll attempt delivery 2 more times. After 3 attempts, order will be cancelled with refund minus delivery charges.
• Incorrect address: Please update your address in the app. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
• Unreachable customer: We'll wait for 10 minutes at the location before marking as failed.

8. Same-Day Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee same-day delivery for all orders placed before 9:00 PM. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day starting at 8:00 AM.
