You may opt for store credit which can be used for future purchases. Store credits are instant and have no expiry.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been cooked, processed, or partially consumed
- Products returned after the 2-hour window
- Products without original packaging (unless damaged)
- Products that were stored improperly after delivery
