  • Returns will not be accepted after the 2-hour window
  • Products must be in the original packaging (if applicable)

You may opt for store credit which can be used for future purchases. Store credits are instant and have no expiry.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been cooked, processed, or partially consumed
  • Products returned after the 2-hour window
  • Products without original packaging (unless damaged)
  • Products that were stored improperly after delivery
