  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Product was spoiled or not fresh
  • Order was cancelled before delivery (within 5 minutes of placing)
  • Product was missing from your order

2. Refund Timeframes

Instant Refunds

For UPI, Wallet, and Net Banking payments - processed immediately after approval

Card Refunds

Credit/Debit card refunds - 5-7 business days to reflect in your account

Cash on Delivery

Refund via bank transfer or UPI - processed within 24 hours of approval

3. Refund Methods

3.1 Original Payment Method

By default, refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the order.

3.2 Bank Transfer

For Cash on Delivery orders or if the original method is unavailable, we offer:

  • UPI ID transfer
  • Bank account transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

3.3 Store Credit

You can opt for GOAT store credit which:

  • Is instantly credited to your account
  • Can be used for any future purchase
  • Has no expiration date
  • Can be combined with other offers

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • When only part of the order has issues
  • Quantity mismatch (refund for missing items only)
  • Weight discrepancy (refund for difference in weight)

  • Order details

Step 3: Approval

Once verified, your refund will be approved immediately

Step 4: Processing

Refund will be processed based on your chosen method

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products consumed or partially used
  • Claims made after the 2-hour window
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Orders cancelled after 5 minutes of placing

7. Cancellation Refunds

7.1 Before Dispatch

Full refund if cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order

7.2 After Dispatch

No refund if the order has already been dispatched for delivery
